Refund Policy
At JeevRasa, we stand behind the quality of every product we make. Our formulations go through careful sourcing, classical processing, and small-batch production before they reach you. We want you to feel confident buying from us.
Cancellation
If you need to cancel an order, contact us before it is dispatched. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. For pre-dispatch cancellations, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
Returns
Because our products are ingestible Ayurvedic formulations, we follow a no-return policy on opened or used products. This is a standard hygiene and safety requirement across Ayurvedic and health supplement brands in India.
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only in these cases:
- The product arrived damaged or broken
- You received a wrong product
- The product is missing from the package
- The item is defective or the seal was tampered with at the time of delivery
To raise a return request, email us at care@jeevrasa.com within 7 days of delivery with the following:
- Your order number
- For damaged products: a clear unboxing video showing the damage (mandatory)
- Photos of the product and outer packaging
Please do not send products back without first receiving confirmation from us. Requests for damaged product claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the error is on our end (wrong product, damaged in transit). We recommend using a tracked courier service. JeevRasa is not responsible for packages lost in return transit.
Exchanges
If you received a wrong or defective product and a replacement is available, we will ship it to you within 5-7 business days of receiving and verifying the returned item. If the product is out of stock, a full refund will be issued instead.
Refunds
Once your return request is approved and we receive and inspect the product, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
- Credit/debit card or UPI payments: Refund to the original account. Allow 2-3 additional working days for your bank to reflect the amount.
- Cash on Delivery (CoD) orders: Please share your bank account details or UPI ID with our team at care@jeevrasa.com and we will initiate a bank transfer.
- Original delivery charges are not refunded unless the return is due to our error.
If your refund has not reflected after 12 business days from approval, contact us and we will follow up with your payment provider.
Non-returnable Items
- Products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed
- Products returned outside the 7-day window
- Products with missing or tampered labels, batch numbers, or packaging
- Products purchased during sales or with promotional discount codes
Damages in Transit
Inspect your order at the time of delivery. If you notice visible external damage, note it before signing with the courier. Contact us at care@jeevrasa.com immediately with your unboxing video and photos.
